Every horse entered in the Youth World Show must have a stall or pay a grounds fee. Exhibitors who wish to haul in and out for the day have the option of paying a grounds fee of $50 per horse instead of stalls if desired.



Reserving Stalls

Reservations will be officially accepted beginning May 15. Reservations received prior to that date will be accepted and given the “postmark” date of May 15. Whether the reservation is made by mail, fax or in person—all submissions will be treated equally. Likewise, the time of day the form is received will make no difference.



Stall Fees

  • Will Rogers Memorial Center stabling will not be available until 8 a.m. June 21.
  • Stalls are located primarily in the Richardson-Bass Building and Moncrief Building.
  • Day stalls are located throughout any of the above barns.
  • Stalls are reserved by length of stay.
  • Shavings are not included.

 

Youth Show - $250

Stalls available June 21 until noon on July 1.



Late Fee - $25/stall

Stall reservations must be postmarked by May 15, 2012 in order to avoid late fees. All stall reservations postmarked after May 15, 2012 will be assessed a $25/stall late fee (excluding day stalls).



Day Stalls

$50 (per horse/24 hour period).



Grounds Fee

Exhibitors who wish to haul in and out for the day have the option of paying a grounds fee of $50 per horse instead of stalls if desired. If an individual wishes to purchase a stall after paying the grounds fee, an additional $25 for the first day will be charged per stall. Any additional day stalls will be $50 per stall per day.

 

Stall Mat Rentals  Rent A Stall Mat logo

Rent A Stall Mat Company will provide high-quality interlocking
stall mats for rent during the World Show. The mats should be ordered online at www.rentastallmat.com prior to the show to insure delivery prior to your arrival. On site ordering will be limited. The mats are 7/8" thick and are  custom. Pieces will be delivered to your stall and removed after your departure. Rental cost is $105 per stall for the duration of the show with installation an additional $5. Order early while supplies last.
