Entries

If this is your first trip to the AjPHA Youth World Championship Paint Horse Show, you may have several questions about how to enter your classes. Here's a quick overview.

Where can I get the forms?
All the forms you'll need to enter classes can be found in the Premium Book and downloaded. Premium Books are automatically mailed to the previous years’ exhibitors, are available upon request through the APHA Office, and will be mailed mid-March. The class entry form is used for all classes. Photocopies of the forms are acceptable. All horses must have a stall at World Show—accomplished by completing a stall form. The stall form is separate from the class entry form.

How do I fill out the forms?
Read the Premium Book carefully before you start filling out the forms so that you are aware of all the rules, fees and where to look up class codes. To get started, you'll need to list the horse's registered name and registration number. Then list the codes and names of the classes you wish to enter.

A separate entry form is needed for each horse competing. However, you can list on one form all the classes you plan to enter with a horse.

What are the entry fees? Regular Late
Flat Fee (max. of 6 classes) $650
Pre-entry Fee for Youth classes $125 $200**
After Pre-entry deadline, but already pre-entered a class   $150**
Administrative Fee (per horse) $35 $35

*Cattle and goat fees are not reflected in the fees listed above - please reference the Premium Book for totals for these classes.

**New as of 2012, reduced fees. $50 savings on pre-entry, $37.50 savings on after pre-entry.

Class Cancellation: Beginning in 2010, a class will be held for a minimum of three years before it will be considered for cancellation. If after three years, a class does not meet the six entry minimum requirement, it will be considered for cancellation in subsequent years.

Paid Parking Facility
As of May 1, 2010, the Will Rogers Memorial Center is a paid parking facility. All vehicles and trailers on the Will Rogers property will be required to pay to park in all facility lots.
